Turkey, salami, and colby jack sandwich on a toasted bolillo with tajin lime "chips" on the side(broken up tostada's sprinkled with lime and tajin).

Could cut down the calories even more if you subbed salami for ham(or other lower cal cold cuts) and/or subbed the bolillo for low cal bread. Could easily make this 500 cals. Can also add as much volume as you want with veggies.

The "chips" are a hack I've found because the tostadas have better macros than most other bagged chips. 150 cals for 38g.

    Honestly, this is a great strategy in general. Bread is so high calorie and people are usually so modest with the fillings that they barely fill you up.

    Make that bread count, I say! This looks amazing.
