    Ingredients:
    50g starter
    350g water
    500g flour
    10g salt

  3. Keep doin what you’re doin. Crumb looks perfect. Personally, I’d leave it in the oven to get that crust a little darker for the Maillard effect but that’s personal preference.

    Looks great, I just think the scoring could be a bit deeper for a more pronounced ear.
