Stonefire naan with jarred butter chicken sauce, crumbled low-moisture mozzerella and ground lamb.
Baked at 400 deg F for 20 minutes but decided last minute to try and get a char on the bottom on the stovetop, which resulted in the left side bubbling up and pushing some cheese aside, so it's not the prettiest, but I gotta say this hit the spot.
