Cilantros is good but it tends to be a bit pricey especially for a place inside a gas station.

Stanley’s is pretty good, too.

I know a lot of people feel differently, but I am not a fan of their “pick your ingredients” approach. I would much rather have a composed dish created by someone with a point of view than my choosing four ingredients from a menu of thirteen.
Only exception to this rule is pizza.

Cilantro is a hidden gem. Carne asada burritos are 🔥

Their meats are fantastic as are the burritos. I wish their salsa game was better. Overall still a very good spot all things considered.

Benny’s in Westchester would like a word…

I chose barbacoa as my protein. The amount they put in can easily feed two. The barbacoa is tender and just melts in your mouth and doesn’t have that chalky aftertaste that some places tend to have. If you can finish this in one sitting, kudos to you. I only ate one quarter on what is shown here. It’s definitely bigger than it looks. If I were to order again, it would be sour cream on the side.

That pic doesn’t look appealing but I’ll just take your word for it.
