I swear this sub is the worst weight management sub. 500 cal for a single meal? That’s half your calories for the day! And it’s 99% sugar?! 7g of protein is nothing, now you’re going to need to get another 70 g from your last 700 calories.
Sorry. I know diets are extremely personal, and we all have different goals. But post after post of stuff like this in this sub.
You do you though!

I would destroy this breakfast! Yum. That coffee alone is probably 500 or more… and then a cheesecake let alone with caramel and nuts on top is going to be near 500 as well? I think your counting is way off. This looks delicious and you should 100% enjoy it and enjoy life. I also thinks it’s important to be realistic and honest with ourselves. So you aren’t down the road confused about why you aren’t losing weight while you’ve been eating “1200 a day”.

Do you mean 500 for the dessert..?

That cheesecake comes from Sam’s Club. The base alone (without the chocolate buttercream and pecans) is 570 calories. I believe it’ll be close to ~200 more for the toppings.

Looks lovely, but there’s no way that is only 500cal 😭
