Filet with cowboy butter and lobster tail or ribeye with chimichuri.

I prefer ribeye with chimichurri over filet any day. That being said, the lobster tail looks good, and I’d take properly cooked asparagus over whole carrots. Potatoes do nothing for me.

This is an instance where the sides win the day. I’d choose the first plate, in spite of the filet.

I like potatoes and carrots so I’d pick plate 2

Ribeye swapping the carrots for the asparagus 🤤

Can we do like a Buffett and grab from both?

I refuse to choose. I love them both depending on what mood I’m in.

    First one

Because I love lobster and I don’t love cooked carrots.

  7. northernhazing

I’m switching the ribeye and the filet and taking #1

I mean the second one is overcooked but I’m allergic to crustaceans and ribeye > fillet, so….

  9. I’ll take 2. Not a huge lobster guy, and I’ll take carrots and roasted potatoes over asparagus any day.

As many have said I’d 100% want both or at least a mix and match as I like the look of both plates, however if I HAD to only pick 1 then it would have to be the first option.

I love the almost split opinions of both. Thanks for sharing the feedback.
    More info on the meals:
Filet is reverse seared with just salt. Seared on stainless steel.
Ribeye is also reverse seared on stainless steel seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little chili powder.
The asparagus is pan seared with garlic salt and pepper.
Potatoes are grilled with paprika, black pepper, salt, and basil.
The carrots are pan steamed (is that the term) in butter with salt and brown sugar.
Chimi is 50/50 cilantro to curly parsley. 2/1 olive oil to red wine vinegar. Fresh garlic, shallot, red pepper flake, oregano salt and pepper.
Cowboy butter is butter, Dijon mustard, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, paprika flake, chives, salt and pepper.

I prefer the ribeye but the filet comes with a nice lobster tail. It’s hard to overcome that. Those roasted carrots look great also.

Number 2. I don’t want anything to distract me from the steak.

First pic is like all my favorite foods in one.

Asparagus gotta be my favorite vegetable

Ready to be downvoted to shit, but lobster is so overrated for me. If I’m not paying, sure I’ll take it and douse it in butter but for its price tag I’d rather skip.

Ribeye > Filet in my opinion

    Chimi > Butter

However plate one got some nice accessory options

  17. Steak 1 with sides from 2. Not a big warm water lobster fan.
