Hi chilli lovers I’m about to harvest an abundance of these, never grown them before what’s the best way to use them? Hot sauce?

    I grew lemon Starburst last year and yes plenty of hot sauce was made. I also made my own Limoncello and infused it with a bunch of the peppers. Still have a bunch in the freezer that I bring out and make fresh salsa with them.

    I used [this Pepper Geek recipe](https://peppergeek.com/sugar-rush-hot-sauce/) last year and didn’t have enough sugar rush peaches to complete it, so I subbed in aji limons and it was *super* good! (Also, putting it through a strainer definitely helps with consistency). I imagine it could also work as all-aji limon, if that’s what you have.
