Have never been much of a snacker, which is a real blessing because there is nothing I love more than a big meal. Have recently become obsessed with salads in every form they have – today’s lunch came from me making a guac-style salad and then adding leftover chicken and beans. Deeeeelish.

Before anyone comes for me and says it better to have lots of small meals a day – every single time I tried that, I ended up overeating… so this is what works for me!

    this looks delicious. i am the same way! grew up in what people call an “ingredient household” so i’m not used to snacking and it’s easier to not have to track as much.
