Hello, long story my birthday was early Feb and I asked for a Nespresso machine I had wanted the essenza and my dad ended up getting me the vertuo (he just didn’t know) I tried the vertuo it was not for me asked if we could switch it out for the essenza mini… and I just got this in the mail yesterday it was from Amazon and I’m confused because the button detailing on the top is different from the Essenza mini listing on Amazon and on Nespresso it is supposed to have 2 buttons only…. And then when u look at the water tank it says essenza plus… and the box was Nespresso box but it wasn’t the typical white one with the handle by Nespresso can anyone help me out please I don’t know what to do?
Upon calling customer support because I couldn’t pair it to my phone the rep said “this is a discontinued machine but rest assured it works fine.” And didn’t elaborate more.
