Simple, easy, straightforward and delicious.

Oh, and I replaced the parsley in the recipe with chopped green onions, and instead of regular mayo, I used an onion aioli I had lying around.

  2. Ah yes the James Beard sandwich. Still haven’t gotten around to making it but I definitely should. I love watching Jaques Pepin too. I’ve learned so much from him.
