This Chicken Fajita recipe is super quick to make! Today I’m going to show you how to make your very own chicken fajita with a twist! This is easy and healthy you can even use to meal prep.

Chicken Fajita Wraps Recipe
INGREDIENTS (Makes 3-4 wraps)

*400g chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 Bell pepper (red and green), sliced into strips
1 Big white onion, sliced
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
1 tbsp Soy sauce
20g Grated Cheese
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Rice paper

PROCEDURE

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. and add some butter.
Saute white onion until translucent then add bell pepper for 3-4mins. (Set aside)
In the same pan, put the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
Assemble the Wraps: Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for 5-10 seconds—just until it becomes slightly soft but still holds its shape. fill each lettuce with the cooked chicken and sautéed vegetables. Add optional toppings like grated cheese and mayonnaise.
