My grandpa bought me some birds eye chili awhile back so I made some hot sauce with them which turned out great! Got home to find he bought me a bunch more! Besides hot sauce what else should I make with these?

Sambal! Or just eat them raw with your bowl of fried rice!

Spicy vinegar is the easiest. Those would work well. But could just make some more hot sauce.

Stir fry them if you have a high heat tolerance.

Birds eye are shorter. This is a different thai chili
Killermondoduderawks
Salsa Picante
Orange Juice brine a ham (make your oj brine then place 1-4 with a slit cut into them)
Roast/ Smoke some
Blend some with mayonnaise for a spicey mayo
So many choices

I just keep em in the freezer and use them whenever i want to spice up a dish. Or for example tonight im making a recipe that has cayenne pepper in it, i just used one of the chilis instead.
