
Pulled it out of the fridge, let it rest while the cast iron heated on the BBQ.
Avocado oil, sear turning every 30 seconds, checked internal temp.. added butter and garlic. Pulled when internal hit 120. Pulled out and rested about 5 min while I finished the jalapeno poppers. Was delicious. Thanks!
