    The only real improvement I could see would be searing the edges a bit more and taking it off the heat 30s-1min earlier.

    But that’s all nitpicking. It looks scrumptious, and I would eat the hell out of it.

    Looks amazing, but some of the seasoning is burned. Crust looks good, but any steak rubs with sugar will burn.
