Sourdough Rye with caraway seeds… no autopsy until tomorrow, but that will involve butter.
I have no receipe to really post, I started with one then I just started doing my own thing. If it amounts to anything I’ll try to recreate. This only took about 8 hours in total.

Is it 100% rye? Is the starter 100% rye, and/or is the rest of the loaf 100% rye? I’m just curious. 🙂 It looks great.

About 60% Rye 40% wheat and maybe 180ish grams of pure KA bread flour starter. Plus 15 g of caraway seeds and 15 grams of fine sea salt.
