Sorry I already started eating it but I utilized leftovers and frozen steam veggie bags and the air fryer to make dinner in under 30 minutes.

Total Cal Estimate: 415cals
~4oz air fryer salmon with 1 tbsp Bacchan bbq sauce (no added oil, salmon seasoned with smoked paprika, salt & pepper, and garlic powder)
~ 1 cup seasoned cauliflower veggie rice blend.
1 smallish(?) roasted murasaki sweet potato (looks kinda scary after reheating)
