    It seems my text didn’t save. I followed the recipe from Little Spoon Farm for beginner sourdough and made no changes. BF for about 8 hours but it looks like I probably needed more time on that and more kneeding. So will add both next time. Just wanted to share my fail 🙂

    Been there done that, multiple times if I’m being honest… I promise with patience & time it will get better. Now I’m at the point where I make bread and have to remind myself just because it’s homemade does NOT mean it’s calorie free and I should not eat this entire loaf or batch of xyz myself… 😅 Keep on baking my friend, I wish you success!
