I had a lot of ramen here in Tokyo, but I am still finding / trying new things. Oreryu Shio-Ramen is known for adding very nice karaage (fried chicken), and it was indeed delicious. It’s just a shame the crispy ness goes away quickly in that soup.

How Was It?
I don’t really get crispy things in ramen/soups in general. It gets soggy and adds nothing to it. I probably get down votes for it but I’d rather just eat it on the side.
Ramen Looks dope!!
I like this a lot
lt must be belicious!
I love karaage with ramen, but I think it should always be served on the side so it stays crisp. It’s nice to just dip each bite into the soup briefly, so you can enjoy the combined flavor and it stays crispy for every bite.
There’s a place near me (in western Canada) that does this – it never fails to amaze me that the karaage stays crispy even after sitting in broth.
