Decided to make a cheesecake first time in my life. Proud of how it turned out
I had 1kg of slightly expired (not opened, so in good condition) fromage blanc. It would've been a waste to throw it away, so I decided to do a cheesecake with that, and it turned out fantastic

Oh my gosh! That cheesecake looks so luscious and creamy! And no crack! You did great.
Here’s a tip for next time: After my batter is poured into the pan I take a flat silicon scraper and place it flat on the surface of the batter. Then I pulse the scraper up and down along the surface. I find that helps eliminate bubbles.
