
These cinnamon rolls are from Way Bakery in London.
How do you think these are shaped? They look like the dough was maybe the dough rectangle was folded into thirds then rolled.
Do you think the filling is just butter, sugar, and cinnamon?
Any insight is appreciated 🙂 !

Looks like a 3 layer cinnamon roll, so I’d roll it out, cover it with your topping, then cut into thirds, placing one on top of the other, then roll and cut like normal.
I think I want to try this!
If you add some flour to the filling that’ll help it not seep out when baking too
