Thus was a huge sirloin steak topped with a lot of things. I was able to make 2 plates from one steak. I'm not the best with plating so pls gives tips bc I just kind of threw everything together but I made some chimichurri and added balsamic glaze to the top of some steak. Sides are shitake mushrooms in the leftover butter and added steak seasoning (I just like to use salt on steak and eat it with sides/ sauces), honey roasted tiny potatoes and assorted baby carrots, and a few potato chips + a dollop of guac for a snacc. I didn't know there no videos so here are some pics.

Most plates on here consists of steak, potatoes and maybe some asparagus (not that there’s anything wrong with that). You did great with the plating and the steak looks perfect. I thought this was from a restaurant!
