What meals can I make with the veggies in my freezer?
I have my favorite meats assembled as well. Red meat, poultry, pork and fish (salmon, cod) and I recently learned I love oysters. What would you do with these veggies?

Looks great for fried rice. If you’re feeling extra creative, maybe some fried korean cauliflower!

Cauliflower / broccoli cheddar soup is pretty good they’re also good seasoned and roasted as a side dish same with/ broccoli. Peas can be mixed into pasta dishes (carbonara or parm based dishes are popular) and rice. Pepper mix can be added to breakfast like eggs/ “home fries” style potatoes or with meat like sausage/steak/chicken, extra veg for tacos or bowls or if you’re into home made pizza it’s good for toppings. Mixed veg is also good for quick pot pies you can also add them to seasoned rice.

I guess fried rice is possible, I cook that often, saute all the veggies and meat you like.
Add some Salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce, (Chilli powder, Garam Masala) (Optional) to the sautéed veggies and then rice.
Stir it up!

Pea salad, broccoli soup

I like throwing thawed green peas in with pasta in either Alfredo sauce or just butter/olive oil. Also great added to rice.

I like the peas in a salmon pasta salad with lemon vinaigrette.

Fried rice is my go to with frozen veggies. You can make a big batch and freeze portions as well. It reheats really nicely. If you have some ground meat and potatoes you could make a shepard’s pie. cheese optional.
