This is how the office looks every day. The office I share with the GM and 2 FOH managers… I have cleaned and organized this office more times than I can count, have created floorplans and hung extra storage and hooks… And yet, the floor is the main place they all want to store their crap.
I'm expected to do around 5 hours of admin work per week and have been told multiple times by my director of operations that it HAS to be done in the office, I can't do the work at home…
I'm losing my mf mind y'all..

Yeah I had people like this they got the message when i started dumping there stuff on the floor
Remind them that the cock roaches and rats live on the floor, and the best place to hang their shit is on the hooks you put up. (I’m sure you don’t have any pest. But foh managers are pretty dumb)
What is this middle school? Why do you need to bring a whole fucking bag if nothing in it is of use to you when you get there and you just discard it till you leave? I’m with you op. I would just line everything up on the wall outside the office until everyone got the point
Why does everyone bring a whole damn backpack to work at a restaurant? Can’t they just leave it in the car?
This sub sucks. Bunch of managerial dorks whining about having actual human beings working underneath them. Yeah…people need to bring stuff to work with them.
