Gochujang—the popular Korean condiment—is the secret sauce behind this spicy pulled pork recipe. Slathered all over the pork before smoking, the fermented chili paste adds a deep and savory flavor with a little kick of heat that’ll send you to hog heaven. Serve up this flavor-packed pulled pork in a lettuce wrap, on a bun, or over rice—you really can’t go wrong.

  1. That looks awesome. I think using rice noodles in the wrap instead of rice would be great, too. Trying this recipe this weekend.

  2. That brand of gochujang isn't high quality. The ones that come in the tubs found in the Korean market or other grocery stores gives much better flavor.
