OMG! I just found this delicious sauce. I read about it elsewhere, so I thought I would pick it up. First, I'm old. I can't handle really spicy foods anymore, but I did the pinky test into the throat of the bottle and I was in love. My husband asked what I was numming about. I brought him a small bit on a teaspoon, and he had the same reaction. So I'm looking at this recipe (https://www.food.com/recipe/chicken-with-sweet-chili-sauce-452784). I plan to replace the garlic with garlic powder. I'm pretty certain I don't need to marinate it ahead of time as it can marinate in the bag as it cooks. Any other suggestions?

I wouldn’t cook with it. Just add it after you cook the meat. The sugar and stuff in the sauce can burn or add undesirable off flavours when heated
