I’m living on my own in a different city, away from home and struggling terribly with managing nutrition. This has severely affected my health making me sick at least twice a month.
I finally decided to commence with meal prep and I intend to be better one day at a time.

I want to understand about the storage. Should I keep it in the freezer or fridge?

I just keep things 3 days at most in the refrigerator. I put two in the freezer and one in the fridge. Then the next day I move one down to the fridge.
Looks good but definitely need to add some greens.
I’d say keep 1 or 2 in the fridge at all times and the rest frozen. When you eat 1 the following day, just unfreeze 1 from the freezer
