First time to bake macarons using Italian meringue. Please help me find out what did I do wrong for them to come out like that 😅 the top part isn’t as inflated as I expected them to be

They look perfect to me

They look really good. If they spread out quickly when you pipped them onto the sheet it could be an over mixing issue, but only slightly.

They look good! I usually pipe my macarons flat because I like the look. I also feel like it’s easier to get fuller shells when they’re not as tall. Maybe pipe them when the batter is a tad bit thicker to get the shape you want.

Overmacaronage, maybe try sifting ur almond flour or using more fine almond flour too for smoother macarons

Probably just slightly over-mixed. Also keep in mind that as you work with the batter post macronage it has the same deflating effect. So better to err on the side of slightly under mixing.
