I didn’t expect all seedlings to germinate so I planted 2 seeds per hole, and of course the majority germinated. Do I have a chance of splitting these or best to just chop the weakest looking one when I pot up so I don’t disturb the roots? Thanks

In your case it would be safer to just cull one as they are too close to one another. You can do it now before the roots entangle but do you really need it?

When they’re that close, I cull. If I want the option to split, I sow the seeds in opposite corners of the cell.

I split them. I use toothpicks to carefully separate the roots. I do not cull them until they are older, when I can see which plants are thriving and which are not. No wrong answer if you want to cull. (My way is NOT the only way, and might not be best for you.)

Cull, there is very little root structure at this point. Usually take the one looks the strongest; leaf quality, stem thickness and length, color

I have three growing in seed cell pods and plan on braiding them together and putting in a 10 gallon pot once their bigger.

    Three strains all braided together
