These oats turned out insanely delicious and are perfect to try in the strawberry season. So refreshing!

First, blend together 60g (1/4 cup) milk, 30g (2 tbsp) greek yogurt and 60g strawberries. Then add in 25g (1/3 cup) oats and 6g (1/2 tbsp) chia seeds and mix. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Before eating, top with 40g sliced strawberries, 30g (2 tbsp) greek yogurt mixed with 20g (1 tbsp) and a crushed digestive biscuit. Enjoy!

    Yum! What kind of milk did you use? Dairy milk would of course be the best tasting but I wonder how coconut would taste. That’s what I use for my chia puddings. Dairy milk hurts my tummy and a big carton of lactose free would spoil in my fridge.
