Third go at this and man, you pros deserve all the love.
Made kani salad, along with seasoning for the rice and cut it as best as I could. Some rolls I overfilled, some started to fall apart but I know mistakes were made when I continued to work with a dull knife. So that’s on me. In the end, everything tasted great but I will definitely make sure my knife is as sharp as can be and to watch my proportions when setting out the fillings for the rolls.

I attempted to make sushi on 🍄🟫 w a friend one time and it took about 3 hours, did not work, and we ended up mushing it all together and eating it with our hands like heathens. So this looks great!
