Easy recipe. Cook the chops until almost done to your liking. Spread a layer of mustard on one side, then add caramelised onion chutney. Top with cheese of your choice, this was crumbled Shropshire blue mixed with sage & thyme. Pop under the grill until the cheese is melted. Finished off with a good glug on Hendos.

Broccoli could have had about 3 minutes less in the oven.
