Kimchee miso ramen with homemade noodles and mayu. The soup base was Sun miso amped up with more water and red miso paste for added volume. Stir fried ground pork with ginger and garlic. Do not skip the nori in this application. It really is delicious with the rich broth. It all came together in about 10 mins, if you exclude the noodle making.
