Looks good! Though not my first choice of side.

A steak that good looking deserves a better side

I only cook my steak this way for awhile now.

The steak looks beautiful. But do me a favor. Just look up a classic Bechamel/Besciamella sauce. Very easy to learn, very inexpensive to make. Once made, you can melt your favorite hand shredded cheese(s) into it, cook off the pasta shape off your choice, combine…and voila…homemade mac & cheese. Bonus points for crunchy breadcrumb topping (or some textured topping) for your mac & cheese but certainly optional. Seriously, the boxed stuff is okay in a pinch but once you start making your own (and since you are doing so awesome with the steaks!), you’ll never go back. Great job!

I like the sear and the cooking. I would enjoy that steak!

Looks great. How’d you develop the crust so well?

That macaroni looks fine, and the steak looks fantastic. I would be very happy to sit down to that meal.

  8. Looks great. What was your whole process from start to finish?
