This was a real easy and tasty meal. It makes around 6 tacos total. (Cerveza extra 😉)

I had this one last week. It was good, I don’t think I’ve disliked any of their tacos, and as you mentioned really easy. I felt it could use a bit more stuffings, though. Most of their tacos have more fillings than this one… maybe cause this one had cheese?
