440 calories, 28g fiber, 28g protein — laziest meal
Refried beans, cheese, cole slaw (unprepared, dry), ole fiber wrap. Will add diced onions next time. Put it on a skillet for a couple minutes to crisp it. Delicious. Easy. Filling.
