I can’t tell if the guac has raw onion in it or not, but that crunch would really pop on it. I’d put it on top if it wasn’t there. I also think one other thing is missing to make it absolutely amazing, but I’m not sure what it is exactly. Not mustard or cheese. It’s hot sauce. Just a little to get some spice. Then I think it’ll be perfect.
