Do you all think these are ready to repot into Dixie cups? I know some are taller but what about the smaller ones?(minus the babies). Reason I want to is to get better draining soil on them. Thanks!

probably the ones furthest along, I’d’ve maybe started them in bigger pots but it depends on how many you want to start + where they’ll be illuminated after up-potting

How many days or weeks until they can be outside in your climate?
How many can you realistically take care of?
Uppot your 3 favorites and keep babysitting the rest.

Repot all the bigger ones. Wait another 4-7 days to repot the smaller ones.

I would give it another week at least. The roots are very fragile at this point and not outgrowing the pot

You have so much more time if you want to wait

Give em a bit of 5 1 1 fish emulsion should buy you couple more weeks then re pot.

If this was my setup, i would up pot all of them in 3” pots with quality potting soil and give a low dosage fertilizer.

You can up pot them. They look strong enough to go to bigger pot. If you want to leave the smaller ones in there until they get another set of leaves that fine. But ya , I would. Just don’t go to big on new pot !

I didn’t pit up any of my hot peppers last year – left them in a container just like yours for 10ish weeks (just after germination to outdoor planting). Had no issues in the garden and in fact was very pleased with production.
I think it’s more important to have strong plants with a thick stem and good root system and I found I was able to get that without potting up.
