(I already drank some but it was a bit over the 21oz line).
My go to sweet frozen treat.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder + 8oz water or milk (1% milk in the calorie count given). OR one vanilla protein shake (tastes better with the pre made but $$$)
Add a bunch of frozen berries. At least half need to be strawberries or the texture will be too thin and fiber-y.
Add water to cover all berries. Blend. Add more water to desired thickness.
Basically pure protein and fiber, is thick enough I can’t chug it, and makes me feel full for a long while. And tastes great! Add some Splenda if you have a real sweet tooth.
