I made Cajun shrimp Mac and cheese. I used about 3 cups of cavatappi pasta, 4 American cheese slices, 6 pepper jack slices, a bit of milk, Cajun seasoning, and a tablespoon of butter for the pasta.

For the shrimp, probably around 5-6 tablespoons of butter, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped Italian parsley, and Cajun seasoning cooked all together at the same time in a pan for about 7 minutes

You don’t have to use sliced cheese, I’m just broke so I used it, it was super good, my husband had 2 bowls of it
