Got this fish last Sunday but it’s dated 9/11/24 is it still good?

Yes. That date isn’t for you the consumer. It’s the freeze-by date for Hello Fresh. It shipped to you frozen and slowly defrosted in transit. This is why they state to cook seafood within the first couple of days of receipt.

Yeah… My fish usually arrives partly frozen… so I think they freeze it until they pack it in the boxes to ship
