Insane how I’ve worked in kitchens for fifteen years and have never been a part of a team, never worked on a line where people work together, never been in a spot where I didn’t have to do all kitchen duties simultaneously. And this week, I’ve seen multiple crew wide potato prep parties. Wtf. I must be the absolute worst person to exist to have never been a part of a team/had friends of any sort in my life.
