  1. Condensed is because you add water or milk which dilutes the values. 1 Can of "cream soup" in a recipe is usually intended as a meal for several people. If you do not consume salt all day with the other meals, you are fine. Positive earns more views than negative. Eat what you like as today might be your last.

  2. Note to self: don’t eat canned soup. Just get a yummy Culver’s burger meal with cheese curds.

  3. Pretty much all of them because its a liquid of salt with questionable meat and no noodles or stuff you want but rather make it at home

  4. "Cream of mushroom" soup with over 90% daily Na per CAN? A can of soup has TWO or more servings in each can so you'll be eating 45% or less per serving. Plus, I have NEVER eaten cream of mushroom soup alone. It's usually an ingredient in a larger dish.
Now, learn to cook and you can make all these things with better quality and YOU control the Na. Then TASTE your food and season to taste. You can wean yourself off outrageous salt levels and processed food and even restaurant food will taste over seasoned.

  5. Inflation hits everything… When I was growing up we had 10 foot poles to avoid things with instead of 5 foot ones. (8:12) Also Campbell's make an "Unsalted" Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup with only 50 Sodium. That's what I use now… More and more companies are making unsalted products with is a great trend.
