I see all the excitement about the war but I feel like this is too much. Am I scoring too deep? Thoughts?

    looks like a lovely loaf to me, why wouldn’t you want a tall ear? all that crispy goodness 🤤

    Often times with an ear that big, the loaf is under-proofed. Curious to see how the inside looks. I see nice blistering on the crust.
