275 for 4-5 hours on a sheet pan on a cooling rack. The apple cider vinegar steams and breaks down the meat to tender. Resting is crucial! Same concept! Let them rest! Love the concept!
Looks good. Ribs are super easy. I hit them at 500 uncovered for about 20 minutes, then pull them out, season them, baste them up with BBQ, then pour a little apple cider vinegar over them, cover them with aluminum foil and put em in at around 250, for 3 or 4 hours,. They fall off the bones and have really nice tangy BBQ flavor. .
Cook says "THE RIBS WERE THAWED OUT….THEY WERENT FROZEN" um buddy. Thawing ribs means they were frozen. YOU CANT THAW SOMETHING THATS NOT FROZEN. Are you trying to say you marinated them???

You boiled the ribs, and then roasted them a 400⁰? They should be tough as a boiled owl.
Thank you Chef.
