

It was large (i put a can of lacroix for reference) but the layer of rice was really thin and just has raw vegetables in it (kale, carrots, sprouts, oshinko). Although there was some sesame seeds on top. I kinda took it apart when I ate it and it looked like maybe 1/2 cup of rice, 2/3 at the most, when it was taken apart. I feel like maybe 450 calories is a safe bet because the prepackaged frozen Unlimeat vegan bulgogi kimbap is 360 and the pieces are smaller but I assume the vegan meat filling is higher calorie then raw vegetables. I really hope I’m not underestimating😭 let me know if 450 is way too low
