

I’ve also never made caramel before. I squealed when I tapped it and it made that fun little sound.
Followed the recipe from Mess in the Kitchen. But I didn’t have a 3” round. So I used a red wine glass to cut my donuts out lol. It calls for 1-2 min on each side at around 360. Since mine were a little smaller I did 1 1/2 min – 2 min on each side at 308-320ish
