    First time trying taro and first time making mochi

    I followed this recipe except I omitted purple potato powder (that’s why it’s not purple) and used coconut cream instead of whipping cream. Also I used coconut milk powder for coating instead of regular milk powder.

    Very Very Very sticky. Made quite a mess in the kitchen. Had to heat up the taro paste after making it too runny. Pretty tasty – kinda reminds me of custard.
