Crispy Chicken Caesar Sandwich

Ingredients:
Chicken:
• Chicken breasts
• Breadcrumbs
• Grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt, to taste
• Garlic pepper seasoning
• Paprika
• Olive oil

Caesar Dressing:
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
• 1/4 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic-infused olive oil
• Salt, to taste
• Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Sandwich:
• Ciabatta bread
• Romaine lettuce, chopped
• Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Caesar Dressing:
1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
2. Add garlic-infused olive oil and mix until smooth.
3. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Set aside.

Chicken:
1. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create thinner pieces. Flatten each piece using a meat tenderizer.
2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic pepper seasoning, and paprika.
3. Coat each piece of chicken evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked.

Sandwich:
1. Cut the ciabatta bread horizontally. Toast both halves until golden brown.
2. Spread a generous layer of the prepared Caesar dressing on both halves of the bread.
3. Layer chopped romaine lettuce on the bottom half of the bread.
4. Add the sliced chicken breasts on top of the lettuce.
5. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Close the sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta bread.
