I tried to edit last post but couldn’t figure out how to add new pictures. After putting steel brush it’s worse than I originally thought as clearly moisture has gotten under the powder coating even in areas that show no surface rust. CS said rust isn’t covered. Passing along my experience for others.

That’s really odd, and clearly the support seems to vary depending on who you get. I’ve had a replacement cart because the coating was coming off and the metal was rusting. Although to be honest the same thing happened on the new one too, I’m thinking of just getting some black metal paint and going over it all. Probably won’t bother trying to remove any more of the coating but will just paint the whole thing in some kind of black metal paint.
