Is it perfectly balanced? Definitely not. But even last year the idea of having “leftover dip” to use up for lunch was incomprehensible! (And it was delicious: minty feta egg on toast)
There's really no recipe beyond "toasting bread, add leftover dip, spinach and egg" as I bought the dip, but it's a blend of feta, olive oil mint/parsley/basil) type thing from M&S(UK)
